Software Engineer Manager

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 1–3 delivery teams, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, training, and mentoring of team members.

• Lead and oversee the technical design, prototyping, development, testing, and deployment across the full software development lifecycle for assigned internal and external projects or products.

• Collaborate closely with Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and internal Technology teams while ensuring adherence to Agile Scrum methodologies and internal security policies.

• Plan and manage resource allocation and project schedules to ensure delivery commitments are met.

• Monitor team workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity through process improvements and adoption of new technologies.
