Software Engineer .NET (Home Office)

Job Summary
leader in transportation solutions with a global presence in urban
traffic control, transit, parking guidance and sign control.
We are looking for a Software
Engineer to join our agile team responsible for the development of these solutions.
The Engineer must demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in.NET software development and
have experience with, or be aware of, relevant and emerging technologies and protocols such
as REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, ASP.NET, SignalR, and Git.
Duties / Responsibilities
1.Active participation in team meetings
2.Provide input for new feature integration, best practices, and new software design
3.Independent and collaborative software development based on provided requirements
4.Follow source code management best-practices in a Git environment
5.Write unit tests and provide relevant documentation for source code changes
Skills and Qualifications
1.3+ years experience in.NET software development
2.Practical knowledge of common design patterns such as MVC and MVVM
3.Experience building and consuming REST-based or other web services.
4.Practical experience with SQL database administration
such as Angular, Typescript, Swagger, Postman and pub/sub messaging.
6.Working understanding or experience with container technologies such as Docker and
Kubernetes
