Responsibilities

Job Description

  • 1-3 or 3-5 years of experience in Planisware application support
  • Responsible for Planisware Production Support activities for IT Steering Team.
  • Understand the functional scope & User interaction.
  • Should be a self-driven, motivated and have strong passion for technology.
  • Understand functional requirements and raise clarifications with BAs and others concerned.
  • Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow the same. 
  • Involve in User Testing
  •  Perform complex production analysis and monitoring
  • To innovate & involve in automation /optimisation topics

    • Profile required

  • Planisware Support, V2 scripting, attributes & maintenance experience
  • Unix Basic commands
  • DBMS: Oracle, MS SQL Server basic knowledge

  • Java scripting (optional)


    Personal Skills:

    Problem solver, thinker and analyzer

    Strong written and communication skills

    Able to plan & Prioritize work

    Banking background would be a plus
