Acting as a coach in agile development environmentsGuiding teams through complex technical challenges – from their first “turns” in code to
confidently navigating production-grade cloud setupsResponsibility for technical leadership, architectural decisions, code reviews, mentoring, and driving knowledge sharing across the teamFocusing not only in building stable and scalable software, but also in empowering
developers to grow and excel.
Qualifications
Background and required skills:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in the following areas: Computer science, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent work experience in IT6+ years of hands-on experience in the Java ecosystem, especially with Java (8+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernatedeep technical expertise in containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes
