Job Description
As a Senior Specialist Software Engineer reporting to the Senior Manager of Software Development, you'll play a critical role in designing and building complex production systems that power our technology platform.
You'll thrive in this position if you're a hands-on engineer who thinks in systems, values ownership and craftsmanship, and brings a collaborative mindset to solving challenging technical problems at scale.Design, build, and maintain complex production systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability. Write high-quality code daily and own significant system components end-to-end, from architecture through production operations. Make technical decisions that balance correctness, performance, cost, and business impact across distributed systems. Identify architectural gaps and lead pragmatic improvements that strengthen system resilience and developer experience.
