Software Engineer - Servicenow Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to gather and interpret requirements for ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Create and maintain solution architecture, technical design documents, and process workflows.
• Develop using Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Build ServiceNow portals leveraging AngularJS and integrate external systems via SOAP and REST APIs.
• Work on modules such as HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through testing and optimization.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) for continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow Scripting.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
• Experience with web service integrations (SOAP, REST).
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
