Software Engineer- ServiceNow

This role is Office Based, Pune Office

CSOD’s ServiceNow Team is seeking a PlatformEngineer to join their team who will be responsible for supporting, operating, and maintaining the CSOD’s ServiceNow instances.

The ServiceNow Platform Engineer will be responsible for configuring and customizing core applications such as the Change Management, Incident and Problem Management, Request Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Knowledge Management, HRSD, and custom applications on the NOW platform.

In this role, you will…

  • Perform day to day support, administration, and maintenance of the SNow modules and delivering solutions and business value through the ServiceNow Platform
  • Experienced in writing business rules, client scripts, creating catalog items, configuring workflows, and email notifications.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow API and integrations with other tools.
  • Work directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve support issues.
  • Assist with installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases.
  • Help gather, Identify, and document business requirements.
  • Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation.

  • 2+ years of ServiceNow experience in development, configuration or maintenance.
  • Understanding of technical leading practices around ServiceNow configuration
  • Configuration and Administration of core capabilities, data model, integrations, security, and access control’
  • Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform in general and Integration tools
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
  • Ability to work in high-profile, deadline-driven customer environment.
  • Experience facilitating ServiceNow upgrade cycle(s).
