Job Description

We’re hiring a Backend Engineer to support a long-term platform modernisation programme, migrating a legacy C#/.NET backend to Node.js & TypeScript .

This is a hands-on backend role focused on service migration, API development, and improving performance and scalability. It is not a frontend position .

  • 12-month contract
  • Fully remote
  • $20/hour

What you’ll do

  • Migrate backend services from C#/.NET to Node.js & TypeScript
  • Build and maintain backend APIs (REST / GraphQL)
  • Translate and improve existing business logic
  • Work closely with architecture and DevOps teams

What we’re looking for

  • Strong commercial experience with Node.js & TypeScript (backend)
