Enterprise Identity is responsible for all Authorization, Authentication, Single Sign On, and security features for American Express applications internally and externally. The organization is currently going through several modernizations that will allow American Express to better recognize the user, this will minimize identity authentication and authorization steps. The Frameworks team for Enterprise Identity is looking to add to their engineering team due to the amount of execution work that needs to be accomplished this year. This Engineer will partake in software design reviews, create software flow and sequence diagrams, conduct code reviews, and aid in mentorship of 5 or 6 junior engineers as well as other engineers as needed. The ideal candidate is someone who can get ramped up very quickly with little hand holding, and knows what questions to ask to get answers.
