Your responsibilities include:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery
  of new features and enhancements for the Secure GPT service, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features that meet acceptance criteria and align with the product vision.
• Define and prioritize user stories
  based on business value and user needs, and manage the product backlog to reflect the latest priorities and business objectives.
• Develop new functions and enhancements
  around Secure GPT API usage while identifying opportunities for improvement in API Operations processes, particularly in observability automation and customer service delivery.

  ake ownership of service issues and incidents, troubleshooting and resolving API-related issues
  to ensure seamless user experience and high service availability, and
  serving as a point of escalation for stakeholders
