Your responsibilities include:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of new features and enhancements for the Secure GPT service, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features that meet acceptance criteria and align with the product vision.
• Define and prioritize user stories based on business value and user needs, and manage the product backlog to reflect the latest priorities and business objectives.
• Develop new functions and enhancements around Secure GPT API usage while identifying opportunities for improvement in API Operations processes, particularly in observability automation and customer service delivery.
• Take ownership of service issues and incidents, troubleshooting and resolving API-related issues to ensure seamless user experience and high service availability, and serving as a point of escalation for stakeholders seeking assistanc...
