Software Engineer

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver end to end features across design, build, test, deploy, document, and support.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Modernize applications and improve maintainability and delivery speed through CI/CD and test automation.
• Implement nonfunctional requirements for reliability, scalability, performance, availability, and security within owned components.
• Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts to improve observability and production readiness.
• Use AI assisted engineering responsibly with guardrails and validation to improve productivity and quality.
• Mentor engineers through pairing and code reviews and collaborate on roadmap priorities with Product Management.
