This role sits within a growing SaaS company building AI-driven products. As a Software Engineer, you will help design and scale core systems while working closely with product and engineering peers in a fast-moving, startup environment.


You will contribute across backend services, APIs, and data-driven workflows, with an emphasis on building reliable, scalable systems that support complex customer use cases.


What You’ll Tackle

  • Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs

  • Develop scalable workflows and automation-driven systems

  • Support integrations with third-party platforms

  • Collaborate closely with Product on requirements and execution

  • Participate across the full software lifecycle, from planning through deployment

  • Write well-tested, maintainable code

  • Contribute to documentation and internal technical standards

  • Support customer-facing technical needs as required

    • What You Bring

  • 3–9 years of professional software engineering experience

  • Experience building backend systems and APIs

  • Proficiency in at least two of the following: Go, Python, TypeScript

  • Strong understanding of software fundamentals and testing practices

  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments

  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces

  • Clear and concise communication skills

  • Experience with AI-driven systems or automation

  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or Elasticsearch

  • Experience with containerized or distributed systems

  • Exposure to frontend frameworks (limited frontend focus required)
