Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Cloud / Serverless) to join an international project in the banking sector , focused on modern Cloud Contact Center platforms and large-scale customer interaction systems.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using Python in cloud environments.
• Build and evolve serverless architectures using AWS services, including Lambda.
• Develop integrations between Contact Center platforms and internal or third-party systems via APIs.
• Contribute to event-driven and real-time processing solutions.
• Implement infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.

Required profile :

• Professional experience as a Software Engineer / Backend Developer .
• Strong hands-on experience with Python in production environments.
• Experience developing API-based system integrations .
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP considered).
• Familiarity with serverless concepts (e.g. AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• English proficiency is mandatory

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, SNS/SQS.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (CloudFormation, SAM, Terraform).
• Previous experience with Contact Center, IVR, VoIP, or telecom platforms .
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in banking or other regulated environments .
• AWS certifications.
