Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Program, design, and maintain software applications
- Support analysis and implementation of technology solutions based on client requirements
- Identify and solve system issues
- Administer and maintain clients’ IT systems infrastructure including servers, databases, network, and Cloud
- Develop and maintain knowledge of tools and service management procedures for IT operations
- Support incident identification, prioritization, and resolution activities
- Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives
About You

- Amenable to work in Cebu Office locations
- Possession of appropriate visas and/or work permits required to live and work in the country
