**Overview**
OneDrive and SharePoint (ODSP) power the world’s most impactful intranets, collaboration experiences, business workflows, and content ecosystems. We are seeking a full stack Principal Architect to shape and deliver compelling user experiences in SharePoint in an AI-first world.
As a Principal Architect, you will operate at product and platform altitude, ensuring we deliver AI-powered experiences that users love and use while ensuring engineering excellence for security, scalability, and engineering velocity. This role will drive technical vision for a broad and rapidly expanding set of AI workloads: RAG, agents, content generation, semantic search, content understanding, and ODSP’s emerging agents that orchestrate multi‑step actions across files, lists, and sites.
