**Position Overview**
We are seeking a **Lead Software Engineer** with deep expertise in **Go (Golang)** and **cloud-native technologies** to architect, develop, and modernize enterprise-scale applications. This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, guiding Agile teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions within a healthcare environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the design and development of backend services using Go and a microservices architecture.
+ Architect and implement solutions on AWS (preferred), leveraging services such as Lambda, Glue, Kubernetes, and container orchestration, along with DynamoDB and PostgreSQL.
+ Drive technical discussions, mentor engineers, and uphold best practices for coding standards and quality.
