Responsibilities

• Work with the head of engineering, product managers, architects, and other partners to define and implement the software engineering squads' roadmap, scope, and tasks.
• Mentor and coach the software engineering squad, developing their skills and career growth.
• Fix, debug, and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the software development lifecycle.
• Deliver technical solutions that can be employed across multiple entities within the group.
• Define consumption and integration patterns and data models and contracts.
