+ 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
+ Experience with front-end languages (e.g., JavaScript or TypeScript).
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience with experimentation and analysis.
+ Experience with advertising products and quality work within ads.
+ Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
+ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
