We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead two highly strategic engineering teams based in Alicante:

A Business Intelligence (BI) team developing and operating Omada Identity Analytics, leveraging Sisense
An AI/ML team responsible for Omada s agentic AI Platform driving applied AI innovation across our Identity Governance platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a credible technical sparring partner for senior engineers and architects - you must be able to challenge assumptions, spot risks, and engage meaningfully in architectural discussions
• Drive engineering best practices across quality, security, observability, and CI/CD

Identify and address overengineering, technical rabbit holes, and delivery blockers early
