Ubuntu is growing rapidly in the enterprise, expanding from cloud to bare‑metal servers, vSphere clusters, desktops, and devices. Deploying and configuring Ubuntu is easy on a single node, but managing policy, compliance, patch management, and access control across a large estate is challenging.
