- Lead and support agile engineering teams (6–12 engineers), including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.

- Guide architectural decisions and technical direction aligned with business goals.
- Drive delivery of high-quality software according to quarterly plans.
- Collaborate closely with Product and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure effective agile practices and continuous process improvement.
