The F-35 Program is looking for world class talent to help manage and lead software development teams within the Combat Systems Ground Systems Mission Data Team located in Fort Worth, Texas. We are looking for an experienced software manager to help lead and apply technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques in the software field to develop solutions to complex problems within F-35.
The candidate selected will be responsible for leading agile teams consisting of LM Aero software engineers working on the F-35 Common Reprogramming Tools (CRT) product. Responsibilities also include coordinating employee work assignments, program staffing, performance assessment, salary, recruitment, selection and training, and recognition/disciplinary actions. The selected candidate must have the ability to think outside the box and make recommendations and decisions on project schedules to avoid cost overruns and missed schedule...
