**About the Role**
The Prism team Development Manager is responsible for the delivery of our next generation ERP system. Active participation in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of projects on time and within scope and budget via the effective use of agile software development practices. The Development Manager establishes and maintains effective communication with the Director of Software Development to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs and development of software development personnel, ensuring effective leadership of individuals and the team. This role is a key contributor to Trimbles vision of “Connect and Scale” within our organization.
