Software Engineering Manager (.NET)

Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to join our mixed local and remote team. You will lead a team of software engineers in a highly collaborative engineering environment. The ability to collaborate with other teams to help achieve company goals, while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services long-term, is a key component of this position. We are looking for passionate and energetic leaders who can manage our development efforts while delivering high quality products. In conjunction with other IT leadership, the Software Engineering Manager will oversee the development of our current, as well as our next generation of products. As part of team's strategic roadmap, the Software Engineering Manager will work with development, infrastructure, business, and project management resources to oversee all development work in cloud native architecture. Your team will utilize an AI first framework for the development process.
