Job Description
- Guide the technical vision and product roadmap for the team, moving the needle on our next-generation design system, and front-end stack.
- Champion user empathy-driven design thinking through collaboration with Product
- Design, and leading the implementation of responsive, high-quality UI components that reflect modern best practices in performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Recruit, mentor, coach and level up internal and third party full-stack software engineers,helping them develop into senior engineers and technical leaders.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, expertise, and technical skills to support and manage the team.
- Collaborate on and engineer requirements writing technical specifications, visualizations (UML), and designs from product requirements documents.
