Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join their clients team. This candidate will be
• Lead a team of engineers in developing the clients omnichannel platforms, including client portals, corporate websites, and OTT solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Marketing teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Drive the implementation of platform components such as Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Ensure the platform achieves scalability for 100K+ concurrent users while delivering a high-quality user experience.
• Oversee the integration of Akamai CDN.
• Champion agile development practices and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, GLPA) and internal security protocols.
• Develop team members through mentorship, providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth
