What you’ll be doing
Tooling & Platform Strategy
Define the long-term tooling strategy for automation and related design/engineering workflows Standards, Documentation & Ways of Working
Own and evolve standards, guidelines, and approval flows that govern automation delivery Governance & Compliance
Lead governance for process registration across all LoBs, ensuring every automation is correctly catalogued, approved, and monitored Reusability, Integration & Ecosystem Development
Improve identification of reusable components, frameworks, and accelerators Insights, Analytics & Reporting
Build and manage dashboards that provide visibility into licensing, Process inventory, Utilization, Failure trends, Automation health, Delivery performance and more Stakeholder, Vendor & Cross LOB Collaboration
