We are now seeking to hire “Power Platform & Automation” Developers.

How you create impact

As a Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for the operation, stability, and continuous improvement of our Lobster EDI / integration platform, supporting global business processes across supply chain and logistics. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data exchange and interface issues between internal systems (ERP, TMS, WMS) and external partners, configure and maintain automated workflows and mappings, and collaborate closely with business and IT teams to onboard new integrations and enhance existing ones. Through proactive monitoring, log analysis, and documentation, you will help ensure reliable, secure, and efficient system operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What we would like you to bring

• Experience as a Platform Administrator, Integration Specialist, Middleware Engineer or similar role
• Understanding of system integration concepts and automated data exchange
• Hands-on experience with EDI or structured data formats (EDIFACT, XML, JSON, CSV)
• Familiarity with file transfer & connectivity methods (SFTP, AS2, FTP, APIs, Web Services)
• Ability to analyze problems, troubleshoot interfaces, and work with logs and monitoring tools
• Basic knowledge of IT fundamentals (networks, security, environments, system availability)
• Comfortable communicating in English (Greek is a plus)
• Willingness and ability to learn new platforms and technologies quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience with integration or middleware platforms (Lobster, Seeburger, Mulesoft, Boomi, Axway or similar)
• Exposure to ERP / logistics systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, TMS, WMS)
• Basic scripting or querying skills (SQL, PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Understanding of logistics, supply chain or EDI processes (orders, invoices, ASN)
• Experience with monitoring tools, alerting and SLA-based support
