Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and Custom Applications.
- Customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and Workflows / Flow Designer.
