Software Implementation Project Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Remote Software Implementation Project Manager.

Responsibilities for the Software Implementation Project Manager:

·Lead end-to-end implementation of ONESOURCE and related tax software solutions.

·Manage project scope, budgets, milestones, and contractual obligations as outlined in Statements of Work (SOW).

·Maintain detailed project documentation using PSA tools within Salesforce.

·Oversee a portfolio of projects, including:

o1 large, complex initiative

o2–3 mid-sized projects

oSeveral smaller projects requiring intermittent touchpoints

·Conduct client-facing meetings and ensure strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Perform functional PMO tasks such as time entry, approvals, and resource allocation.

·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
