Software Implementation Specialist

We are currently seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to help assist our growing company. This role will focus on the implementation of several of our eService modules that are value-added modules to our core mERP. These modules would be web and mobile based.
The job role will also require you to learn new tools and technologies. You should have in-depth technical knowledge with a desire to learn new things. This role will also require you to communicate directly with our clients. 
Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to onboard the product(s). Continue to stay in contact as per SLA guidelines throughout the duration of the project (via email, phone, direct messages and Project Manager status tracker page).
• Work with our team and the client to transition the client from legacy systems to corresponding TownSuite mERP applications. Primarily focused on TownSuite eService portals and mobile apps including eBills, Recreation, Facilities, 311, Work orders, Inspe...
