Job Description

As Product Manager, you will create and implement the product vision and strategy to continuously drive value and customer success

In this role you will be responsible to:

  • Provide Product vision, leadership, and direction Squadio Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
  • Manage product(s) full life cycle from ideation to market launch and sustaining
  • Act as a servant leader in one of our development squads
  • Compile product requirements, develop and manage the product roadmap, manage the delivery of product features, and assess impact
  • Develop and track clear and measurable outcomes, prioritized use cases and requirements.
  • Participate and lead Cross Functional Teams (CFT) through rapid, data-driven iterations to ensure customer and business needs are met per original objectives
  • Understand competitors and the market to drive product prioritization positioning in the market.
  • Create new growth opportunities through enabling new and exciting revenue streams and use-cases
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive and highly differentiated offerings through a clear and effective outcome-oriented road map
  • Develop and manage product-related collateral such as: product briefs, success stories, pricing/ROI model, customer-facing presentations, etc.
  • Meet regularly with key customers, prospects, and partners to solicit input and promote strategy and key value propositions
  • Assist Marketing team with press releases, website content, product alerts & promotion





Requirements

What background do I need for this job?

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in a high-tech software/SaaS B2B environment
  • Resourcefulness, creativity and strategic thinking for troubleshooting problems
  • Clear communicator and educator - ability to communicate with designers and engineers to convey the desired outcome as well as create excitement about the work they are doing
  • You love building products that engage users - customer oriented mindset
  • Experience working with cross functional teams including sales, operations, UX/D and engineering teams
  • A track record of developing and mentoring great talent, and building and motivating high achieving teams
  • Skillset to be a data-driven decision-maker, with a willingness to experiment and iterate
  • Effective and productive collaborator to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Empathy, humility, and listening skills
  • Fluent in English + Arabic
