Job Title: Software Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own one of two engineering pods as the dedicated Product Manager, accountable for backlog health, sprint readiness, delivery quality, and roadmap execution.
• Write clear, actionable Jira epics, stories, and acceptance criteria that engineers can execute without ambiguity.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement using a lightweight, pragmatic delivery approach.
• Translate product vision and priorities into fast-moving roadmap plans aligned with SMB customer needs.
• Shape in-app workflows, guidance, and product experiences that drive self-serve adoption and customer confidence.
