Software Program Manager

We're hiring a
Software Program Manager for Automation
to help reinvent how utility-scale solar plants are designed and delivered at Nextpower.

In this role, you'll:

Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent automation projects for our Brazil Software Team

Turn real engineering pain points into automation solutions by translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery roadmaps

Own end-to-end execution: planning, sprints, testing, release, rollout, and adoption across engineering teams and digital tools

You're a great fit if you:

• Have a experience leading technical software or automation projects end-to-end (from discovery through rollout and adoption)
• Are comfortable working with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders
