Do you have a passion for improving the lives of patients through cutting-edge technology? 
Bayer Radiology is looking for an experienced Software QA Engineer to participate in the development of Bayer Computed Tomography (CT) contrast injector systems.

Working from our Rydalmere facility you will participate in the software quality assurance effort for new and existing CT injector products. The CT injector products developed in Rydalmere are sold in global markets, giving the opportunity to make a difference to patients’ lives and the work of health care professionals.

Do something that moves you.

  • You will carry Software QA activity for Bayer CT Injector development projects

  • Assist in planning and executing test activities for medical device software via manual and automated testing.

  • Identifying test cases and designing test case process steps.

  • Designing, implementing and running manual and automated tests.

  • Finding and reporting software vulnerabilities.

  • Producing and maintaining software quality related documentation including test reports, test plans, test guidelines etc.

  • Adherence to both internal and industry software quality standards and the internal product development process.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical field

  • Advanced software QA process knowledge

  • Advanced Python coding skills

  • Knowledge of Object-oriented programming concepts.

  • Experience in building and working with automated test tools and testing frameworks

  • Advanced documentation skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively to deliver results

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently

  • Experience in software QA of embedded systems
