Software QA Manager

Overview

As a Software Test Manager you will own the strategy, planning, delivery and continuous improvement of all testing activities for your assigned product. You will lead a team of QA and automation engineers, drive quality metrics, champion best practices and ensure every release meets our zero-defect standards. You thrive at the intersection of people management, process governance and hands-on test automation in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and document a test strategy for functional, integration, regression, performance, security and UAT phases for your product.
• Estimate testing effort, set milestones and negotiate scope with Product Owners and Project Managers.
• Balance manual vs. automated coverage based on product risk, complexity and release cadence.
