Objective (Position Summary)
The Software QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Cloudcom’s CPaaS solutions through thorough manual testing practices, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking. The role will also involve basic exposure to test automation, supporting automation efforts to improve test coverage and efficiency while maintaining high product quality and optimal user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Review system requirements and specifications to ensure complete test coverage.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to clarify requirements and validate fixes.
- Perform manual API testing
