Role Overview

The Software Quality CoE Lead will establish and lead a centralized Quality Engineering function for New GCC's digital manufacturing platforms, ensuring quality, reliability, and scalability across customer-facing SaaS platforms and internal enterprise applications.

This role is highly collaborative and sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, SaaS platforms, and Operations. The leader will coordinate testing strategy, integration validation, and release readiness across multiple engineering teams, while embedding quality into product development cadence.

This is a software-only, cloud-native role with no embedded or hardware lab responsibilities.
