The Software Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the world-class quality and user experience of our class-leading product selection software. The main focus of this role is building, leading & growing a team of QA engineers. This person will also devise, oversee & continuously improve the testing processes. The Software QA Manager must keep abreast of evolving testing tools and make recommendations for purchase/upgrade there-of to ensure our tools remain current. In addition, this role will need to collaborate closely with development teams with a view to ensuring future successes.

Location: Remote in Plymouth, MN. Will need to meet with team quarterly in office and as needed.
