Software Requirements Engineer

The Ansible engineering team is looking for a Software Requirements Engineer who thrives on clarity, organization, and collaboration to join our Platform Services team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between product vision and engineering execution, ensuring our development team has well-defined, actionable work to build against.

This is not a traditional coding role . While you'll have an engineering title and work embedded with our development team, your primary focus will be on requirements analysis, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration rather than writing production code.
