Job Summary: Focus Softnet is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Software Sales Consultant with 1-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and effectively demonstrating the value of Focus Softnet's comprehensive software solutions (ERP, CRM, HRMS, SCM) to potential customers across various industries. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, online research, and responding to inbound inquiries.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business challenges, and identifying how Focus Softnet's solutions can address their needs.
  • Product Presentation & Demonstration: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of Focus Softnet's software products (ERP, CRM, HRMS, SCM) to potential clients, tailoring the pitch to their specific requirements.
  • Needs Analysis: Perform thorough discovery calls and meetings to understand client pain points, current systems, and future requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions, overcome objections, and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively position Focus Softnet's offerings.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, pre-sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of proven experience in software sales, IT solutions sales, or B2B sales, preferably with exposure to ERP, CRM, HRMS, or similar enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into software solutions.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Willingness to travel locally within Mumbai and occasionally to client sites.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the Mumbai market and local business landscape.
  • Experience with a specific industry vertical (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social selling techniques.
