Day to Day outline

  • Prospect into Job Shops, Fabrication businesses, Make to Order Manufacturing businesses, Maintenance and Asset Maintenance businesses
  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails) using established methodology and industry-leading tools
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for our sales team
  • Use HubSpot to track conversations and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Work with our marketing director for marketing campaigns and events, with follow-up calls/emails
  • Hit weekly activity and monthly demo booking targets

What we’re looking for

  • 1-3 years of sales and appointment-setting experience
  • Interest in technology, AI and willingness to learn
  • Strong Phone and Email communication skills
  • Self-motivated and resilient — can take feedback and run with it
  • Organised with strong attention to detail in CRM and follow-up
