Valrose is partnering with a well-established software business known for delivering premium service to B2B customers. Due to client growth, we're seeking an Application Support Analyst who genuinely enjoys customer-facing support and takes pride in resolving issues end-to-end.

Please Note:

This is a customer-facing Application Support role (triage, investigation, resolution, customer updates, SLA ownership).

It is not a Cloud/DevOps, SysAdmin, Infrastructure, or Software Development position.

What you will be responsible for...

  • Provide Level 1–2 application support via phone and email, delivering timely, high-quality customer outcomes.
  • Support business-critical applications across On-Prem and cloud SaaS environments.
