Job Description
We are seeking a skilled engineer to provide expert technical support for Podman Desktop across RHEL, Windows, and Mac operating systems. This role combines core containerization knowledge with OS-specific expertise to resolve complex issues for our enterprise users.
What you will do
+ Provide Cross-Platform Support: Deliver expert technical support for Podman Desktop on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Windows, and Mac environments.
+ Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize the Podman CLI (command line interface) for advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting.
+ Network Troubleshooting: Resolve complex container network issues, including port management, bridge networking, and VPN/firewall connectivity challenges.
+ OpenShift Integration: Manage Podman Desktop’s interaction with OpenShift, including generating YAML and managing local clusters.
