Software Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Conduct software installation and confirm customer specification of machine.

Perform diagnostic check on system, isolate the problem and provide solution.

To manage and coordinate jobs to meet manufacturing schedule.

Provide technical support to manufacturing department.

Prepare operation manual and provide training o users/ customers.

Compile the machine data and report the machine status after job done.

Provide timely reports to section manager or department head.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
• Experience in PLC programming and debugging are required for this position.
• Knowledge in schematic diagram and assemble drawing .
• Willing to travel locally and to be prepared to extend long working hours.
