We need a Software Support Executive who can help us manage our CRM system, support our team, and assist customers with queries related to the software.
Key Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
- Provide technical support and guidance for software installation, configuration, and usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues within defined SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to the development/engineering team with detailed logs and analysis.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and FAQs in the knowledge base.
- Train end-users on software features and updates when required.
- Generate and share regular reports on support tickets, customer feedback, and recurring issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, updates, and new features.
