Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support applications including IAS, IBS+, IBBR, and IBPS .
- Work with applications built in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, Jasper, C#, and VB.NET .
- Respond to and resolve ServiceNow ticket requests in a timely manner.
- Provide Build and Run support to ensure smooth application operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- May require working 12-hour standby shifts on weekends or 8-hour shifts aligned with EU hours .
Technical Skills
- Primary: MySQL database management and optimization.
- Application Development: IBM Informix 4GL, Java, Jasper, C#, VB.NET.
- Secondary: Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts for application enhancement.
- Ticketing Tools: ServiceNow or similar platforms.
