Software support person required to work in a small and friendly collaborative team, proving first and second line support to end users. Bespoke Software.

The role is office based.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Experience within a Software Support role (this is not hardware/pc support).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including T‑SQL Queries, stored procedures and database maintenance.
  • Experience Of SSRS Report Builder.
  • Ability to manage multiple support cases.
  • Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits).
