Job Description

As a Software Support , your main responsibility will be to provide technical support and assistance for Software Customization, Implementation, and Custom Module-related tasks, ensuring seamless system functionality. You will be working closely with clients, ensuring smooth system functionality and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, diagnose, server troubleshooting, setup and installation.
  • Identifying fixes for reported issues by business team/users in production.
  • Providing technical support solutions via remote-access systems and/or on-site (whenever required) that meet the needs of the user.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager, and developer team/cross-functional teamto upscale and resolve critical issues in a timely manner based on severities.
